Pricing — one plan
One plan, priced by the people who sign in.
FirmClock is free during the public beta. When paid plans begin, $29 a month covers a firm of five, and each additional person is $3 a month. There is no limit on how many people you add.
Free now, and it stays your choice. No card is needed during the beta. A beta workspace is never charged just because paid plans begin—an owner decides whether to subscribe.

Estimate
What it would cost your firm.
$50 / month
$29 for the first 5 people + 7 × $3
An estimate from the list price, once paid plans begin. It is not a quote, and nothing is charged during the beta.
01 Who counts
Headcount, not activity.
A busy month and a quiet month cost the same. FirmClock never charges more because someone recorded more time.
Counted
- Everyone in your firm who can sign in, including you.
Not counted
- People you have invited who have not joined yet.
- People you have deactivated.
- How much time anyone records.
02 When paid plans begin
No surprises on the way in.
Will my beta workspace start charging?
No. A beta workspace is not charged just because paid plans begin. The owner decides whether to subscribe, and nothing is charged until they do.
How does the trial work?
A paid subscription starts with a 14-day trial. A card is needed to begin it; the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless the owner cancels before the end time shown.
What happens when we add people?
Only an owner can approve a change that raises the price, and FirmClock shows the new monthly price before it is confirmed.
Can the price change?
Only with at least 30 days’ notice, and never before the next renewal after that notice.
What about taxes?
Prices exclude sales and similar taxes. Where FirmClock must collect tax, checkout shows it before you agree.
We are a large firm.
There is no cap on people. Talk to Sales is open to firms of any size, including for a different written arrangement.
This page summarizes the FirmClock Terms of Service, which govern.
